How to grow on social media🫶✨🌸

Hi! If you're new here, my name is Mandana and I'm your Lemon8 wellness bestie, content creator and entrepreneur. As some of you may know, I've recently started taking my social media seriously and have received so many amazing paid and gifted collaboration opportunities because of this!

I've had the opportunity to partner with brands like: SKIMS, YSL Beauty, IGK Hair, Redken, Kiehl's and much more! If you are an aspiring content creator, here are some tips I have for you:

🫧 BE CONSISTENT: I can't emphasize this enough. I understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be to create content you spent hours editing, only for it to get a couple hundred views but don't give up. I would say 9/10x, the videos I posted on my TikTok didn't go viral until a week or two in. It's important to also be consistent with the amount and type of content you're putting out there. Find a balance and make sure you're not over posting so you don't get burnt out with keeping up.

🫧 ENGAGE WITH YOUR AUDIENCE: I see so many content creators make this mistake and not engage with their audience. Your audience is your community. By encouraging discussions, responding to feedback and comments, this will create a sense of importance and foster loyal viewers within the community you are building.

🫧 REACH OUT TO BRANDS: I honestly can't believe I didn't do this sooner. A lot of your favorite brands are usually willing to send you products in exchange for content. If you're just getting started in the content creator world, I highly recommend doing this and creating engaging content in exchange for products. This will help you build your portfolio so you can work with brands that will pay you in the future!
