We made Chicken Nachos for Ours… IT STILL COUNTS 😂😂😂

This is just a cool example of how I manage cooking for two diets, while keeping from making two different meals!

These Siete Chips have changed the game for us, so he can keep his Doritos instead of subbing with regular tortilla chips.

I’m not a huge fan of the kite hill sour cream, but I added lime juice and it worked for this meal. If you have any dairy-free sour cream suggestions please leave a comment!!

The Panchos Queso was a huge hit! Our Sam’s Club Membership is my fiancé’s new favorite thing 😂
