White and blue are probably some of my favorite colors to wear with my skin tone. I love the way it pops. I wore this look to a Justin Bieber concert last summer. I got so many compliments on the top! I basically ordered all the pieces off Amazon! The whole look was so last minute but it really came together. I bought a pair of Dickies painter cargo men’s pants and knew it would look good with a fitted top. As soon as I saw the top on Amazon I knew I needed it because I love the whole shrug trend going around. I iced myself out at Tj maxx. The jewelry section there really goes hard. The waist chain was from Amazon just look up rhinestone waist chain, and my shoes are Jordan’s.
