how i manage my ADHD😌

after being diagnosed with ADHD, i made it very clear that i did not want to be medicated for it due to the side effects of these medications.

from testimonies i’ve heard from friends and family, the medication would make them feel like zombies or have no feelings at all.

mentally, i don’t think i could handle it if i were to do that and i don’t want to deal with that nor do i want my fiancé to deal with that…

after plenty of years of struggling, i finally figured out a way that works for me as far as managing it.

these are just a couple of things but im going to post more🤍
