Ingredients:

600gm cooked rice , 180gm squid (cut into rings, scald) ,150gm prawn (scald) ,2 nos beaten eggs ,1 no big onion (diced) ,2 nos crab filaments (diced) ,100gm Instant Portuguese Style Sauce

Method:

1. Use boil water to scald squid & prawn

2. Heat 3tbsp oil, fry egg, onion mixture till cooked

3. Stir well with rice, add in seafood and paste, stir fry till well mixed
