I start my morning up right when I wake up with coconut cult for my gutt health.
Then right after I’ll have my morning iced latte: my current obsession lol
Then I’ll eat breakfast: my usual breakfast has been two eggs( with tomatoes and spinach), a slice of sourdough toast, avocado.
Then I’ll take the rest of my supplements: seasoned gel and my Mary Ruth multivitamins
of course I forgot to take a picture of my snack: I had a bowl of mixed berries.
I didn’t have a snack in between lunch and dinner today.
And my dinner I forgot to snap a picture but I had a a small slice of pizza ( it’s called balance lol) I was craving something and this time around I’m satisfying my craving instead of saying no because that gets me to binge eat
