my favorite way to train :)
hybrid training is a combination of running and lifting, it’s the perfect combination because it works both muscle fibers (type 1 & type 2) and your overall strength, endurance, and power!
i went through my running phase and lifting phase both at different times but never together, it wasn’t until i saw more people following a hybrid split that i decided to check it out!
after 6 weeks of hybrid training i have realized that this is my favorite way to train!! i have also never felt so strong while running 🤩
