ungatekeeping my fav WEST pilates studio! 🧘🏻‍♀️

as a westie, I tend to travel v far to attend pilates classes. so it was a blessing in disguise when I actually walked past this studio when it just opened & got curious!

I downloaded their app: AM pilates & they had lots of deals going on! there was a deal of 3 classes for $58✨

(not gg on anymore but there are plenty more deals)

they require everyone to go through their introductory classes before advancing & i think that’s a rly good idea for beginners like me!! their instructors are super friendly, clear with their instructions & pay lots of attention to everyone in their class, which i rly appreciate, esp if idk whats gg on 😛😛

you can pick your classes + instructors that you like + there are some reviews on their app so you can check out which instructor suits ur needs more!

their amenity room has lockers + towels + showers, all perfect for your pre and post cleanup! super clean & aesthetically pleasing! + lockers are easy to use too.
