Communication!!

I’m posting this for any girls that may also struggle with communicating and or expressing themselves.

I’ve always struggled with communication. I’m aware that communication is key and it is something I have tried to be better at doing but, I just keep falling back into old habits or I was. I’ve recently decided that the only way I would be heard or respected is if I speak up. I get shy at times, I’m easily frustrated and sometimes overstimulated so my emotions can get the best of me at times.

I make it a goal not to take it out on other people and to regulate myself in a timely fashion. I will say a big part of communication is taking accountability for your own actions (respectfully of course)
