Twins or cousins?

I swear I feel like I’m a little crazy because why would they be different when it’s the same brand and same print! I feel like it’s obvious but maybe it’s just me!

I do want to give Simple Modern huge praise because when I emailed them they asked for a few pictures that helped to validate that the cup wasn’t working (such as condensation on the outside of the cup) and then sent me a replacement with pretty much no hassle!!!
