My 1st solo travel (To Bangkok)

Finally, I embarked on my 1st solo adventure. 1st time on the flight alone, 1st time staying in a hotel alone and 1st time in a foreign land alone. Always been wanting to try it, but the fear and anxiety of stepping outside my comfort zone stopped me from booking that flight and making plans. The best way to overcome my fear is to face it. ⁣

Travelling solo can be one of the most exciting, liberating, and eye-opening experiences, no matter your age. It offers ample opportunity for self-reflection and growth with the joy of boundless freedom. It can also be daunting, especially if you’ve never travelled solo before.⁣

Taking a trip on my own means I have to get out of any tricky trip situations by myself, which can help with problem-solving, dealing with pressure, and developing self-confidence. It also allows me to 'find myself' and explore my identity. ⁣

I also left 1 key card in the room to keep the lights and sound on. Inform the hotel front desk that you're going out for a drink and coming back late. ⁣
