Vulnerable Post: Losing 112 pounds ✨

💗 I have always been a chunky girl since i was 11. Ive always had a love for food a little bit too much to the point where it had gotten out of hand after I had my daughter. Before you know it I was at my heaviest at 380 pounds.

💗 I was depressed and definitely didnt like my body at all. Ive always had body image issues where I didn’t show my body on social media at all. I was afraid of what people would think of me & that led me into depression.

💗 I will say a portion of my weightloss was not at all healthy because I would starve myself until recently last year I decided to really change my life and eating habits around. Now don’t get me wrong I still have a longggggg way to go but me being in the gym feels so amazing.

💗 If you are like me please know that you’re not alone my love. You are beautiful no matter the size so please be comfortable in the skin youre in now and work on becoming better & healthier. YOU GOT THIS 🗣️

💗 I am just now realizing 2 years later the difference that I have grown so much & loss so much weight. I don’t give myself enough credit but thats about to change. I am proud of myself and if I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU 😉
