Book App Musts for Avid Readers

I love book apps. I find myself using these the most. Some are pretty well known, but I wanted to highlight a few lesser talked about ones.

📗HOOPLA

💭Why you should use it:

Links to library catalogs. I can borrow ebooks and audiobooks from my library, and it’s so convenient. It also has an action mode for graphic novels which is amazing!

📔BOOKCLUBS

💭Why you should use it:

Easy way to find and join in-person bookclubs near you. You can post, not just about the meetings, but books you’ve read and your reading goals.

📕SERIAL READER

💭Why you should use it:

This app lets you choose free (mostly classics) books to read and sends you a chapter a day. Intimidated by Moby Dick? This might be the app to make it more manageable.

📙LITSY

💭Why you should use it:

It’s cute and fun. Think Instagram but only for books.

📘FABLE

💭Why you should use it:

Great alternative to Goodreads if you are looking to switch. And its book club feature is very active. It’s hard to choose because there are so many good ones to participate in.
