CucumberRecipe

This cucumber recipe is so easy and so good. I could eat these everyday.

I used Persian cucumbers and sliced them.

(Feel free to slice them to your preference)

I added soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mirin, sesame oil, chili crunch seasoning, and furikake.

I blended the garlic and ginger into the soy sauce for a more seamless pour onto the cucumbers.

If you don’t like a little kick, you can remove the chili crunch seasoning.
