How to Prepare Peach Gum?

Not sure how true but anyway it's still a nice ingredient to have in #sweetsoup #tongsui . Don't underestimate the size, it will expand. 7-10 pieces are good enough for 1-2 pax.

1. Rinse it.

2. Soak in clean/filtered room temperature water for 24 hours.

3. After 24 hours, clean it by removing any black spots on it. Can be broken into smaller pieces if you want.

4. Give the cleaned peach gum a rinse or two.

5. Ready to cook.
