an app you NEED

i struggle with emetephoboa, fear of vomit and watching or hearing th*** u* can trigger me pretty bad.

i found this app recently and it has helped me so much. if i want to watch a certain movie or show, but i’m worried about whether or not they show v****, i open this app. it lets you look up a movie/show (and i think it works for books and things like that) and you can search triggers such as “does someone v****”, “does someone d!e”, “is there abu$e” and many more. it will either say yes or no and sometimes people comment what happens and when it happens. you can also add comments and votes. #phobia #lemon8diarychallenge #app
