Weekend cozy vibes to support my son! 🕶

Because I’m new here like so many of us, there is still so much to learn about one another! One thing about me: I have a 15 year old autistic son!

Being that he is 15 and getting to an age where talks of jobs have come in to conversation, we decided to help him come up with something DIFFERENT. Unfortunately it’s just not safe for him at this moment in life to get a job and we don’t want him growing up relying on disability income or LOOKING at himself as disabled.

So we helped him create a clothing line! His business is called Autistic Mind… his slogan… “DON’T FEAR DIFFERENT”. I LOVE It! It’s so clever and is where his heart is. He wants to make friends and for people not to fear him because he’s different. In his words, he said people at his school stay away from all the special needs kids. He feels as though people are scared of them. So he wants to encourage everyone in all walks of life to not fear different 🤍.
