Easy to make lunch for kids or the young at heart

This morning while scrolling through my FB memories, I was inspired to make Cinnamoroll themed Japanese curry rice for my girl, just like what you will get in a themed cafe. I bought this Cinnamoroll rice mould from Daiso, Thomson Plaza. It was quite easy to get the rice out of the mould and the shape formed nicely. The only difficult thing was to get blue coloured food (which I could do if I had butterfly pea powder or flower. That’s for next time.) for the eyes and mouth. The alternative that I took was to use cucumber skin and tomato skin to make the eyes, cheeks and mouth. I think it turned out ok!

(except that my girl devoured the rice in seconds cos she was super hungry and asked for more.)
