My mom started listening to podcasts in 2019 and I would always make fun of her. I thought they were dumb and had no value.

In the beginning of 2022 I hit a rough patch and felt I had no guidance. My mom suggested a mental health podcast to me and I decided to give it a try. Not only did I learn podcasts can give you knowledge, but they’re so useful and easy to access.

I started to dabble in different genres and now I’m obsessed. I’m now a podcast junkie and love listening on the go. Here are some of my favorite podcasts. Let me know any recommendations or your guys favorites!!
