The most important meal of the day - absolutely loving all of these quick + healthy breakfasts lately!
- smoothie bowls: the only thing i like better than a smoothie is a smoothie with a spoon and some crunch (granola on the top and bottom is the biggest gamechanger!)
- omelet + fruit: the hardest part about making an omlet truly is folding it in half and that is why it is my go to breaky 3-4 times a week. Also love that you can switch up the filling based on your cravings (but i’m typically a ham and cheese girl)
- yogurt bowls: this ones a summer staple. I can never get enough (and love that they are so customizable!)
- protein pancakes: i love to use birchbenders protein mix and top with greek yogurt, lots of maple syrup, whatever fruit i have at home. the perfect breakfast to make if you have a bit of a sweet tooth when you wake up.
- tortilla breakfast pizza: i’m a pizza girl through and through, so healthy breakfast za is quite literally the meal of my dreams. this meal is protein rich, and is so good I actually gasped when I first tried it. great for busier mornings because you can get ready for your day while it cooks through!
- baked oats: the only downside to making baked oats is that even when i’m finished and full - i want an entire second serving. Like having dessert for bfast :)
- toast two ways: sweet and savory is the most elite morning combo imo, satisfying all the cravings in one meal!
