Forms you need to fill out upon arrival in Korea

1) Health declarations Form

• The cabin crew will give you a piece of yellow colour paper for you to fill out before your flight touch down korea.

(So make sure you bring pen to avoid the crowds at the airport counter)

2) Arrival card

• There is no way to do it online. Hence, look out for the arrival card counter and fill out all your particular details accordingly. *You can fill the form while queuing to save time.*

(For countries that required K-ETA, you do not need to fill up the arrival card. Please proceed to the immigration counter.)
