Why Trad Wives Are the WORST🤮

So what is a trad wife?

Well, “trad wife” is simply a slur used against women and who live “traditionally”. Although I would argue even saying that is ridiculous most of the time.

I don’t live traditionally… I live according to the Bible. I’m not holding onto the past.

I don’t want to go back in time and churn my own butter by hand and use candles instead of electricity or horses and buggies instead of cars.

I simply want to live, according to God’s word and to embrace my role as a women.

And that role is constantly changing.

Just because my current role in life looks like making bread, and having babies doesn’t mean that’s my entire personality.

It’s just my current stage of life.

Which makes it my current personality.

But I won’t always be having babies, nor will I always have so many mouths to feed or be in the kitchen so much.

I have a very strong entrepreneurial side which I have nourished, because I believe this is godly, and we see a good example of that with a Proverbs 31 woman, but have also partially set to the side during this stage of my life.

I have an adventurous side and love thrill seeking and traveling … again that’s not my top priority in this moment.

So call me a trad wife.

Call me lazy.

Call me whatever you want.

I know who I am. I know what I am.

And I’m happy with it.
