Beetle Juice Drink

Try this amazing Beetle Juice drink recipe for your next sip!

It’s fun, bright colored, and tasty for the holidays, especially this upcoming one!

If you love a good drink, this one’s for you.

*The Beetle Juice*

Even with the new Beetle Juice movie out and Halloween around the corner, this drink will have everyone talking.

*Ingredients:

~1 ounce vodka (or sub white rum, tequila, or gin)

~1 ounce Midori melon liqueur (or another green liqueur, like sour apple schnapps)

~½ ounce blue curacao (or another blue liqueur such as Hpnotiq)

~½ ounce fresh lime juice (sub lemon juice or sour mix)

~3 ounces pineapple juice

Ice cubes

*For the Rim:

1 wedge fresh lemon or lime

1 Tbsp black salt or black sanding sugar (I use salt)

*The Process:

~Rim your glasses by running a wedge of lemon or lime around the rim, then dip into a shallow bowl or plate with the black salt or sugar until coated. Then, fill the glasses with ice (I like crushed, but cubes are fine too)

•1 wedge fresh lemon or lime, 1 Tbsp black salt or black sanding sugar

~In a cocktail shaker (or similar), combine the vodka, Midori, pineapple juice, lime juice, and blue curacao along with a couple ice cubes

•1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce Midori melon liqueur, ½ ounce blue curacao, ½ ounce fresh lime juice, 3 ounces pineapple juice, Ice cubes

~Shake until well chilled and lightly frothy, about 20-30 seconds, then strain into your rimmed glasses. If the color isn’t to your liking, you can adjust it here with by adding more Midori for green, more pineapple juice for yellow, or more blue curacao for blue tones

~Finish with a black and white straw, and other garnishes if desired. Enjoy!
