FREE $50 just like that?! sit-stand-walk

Hello zesties.

If you guys didn't know there are schools out there spreading words on needing people to help in their research studies and they will express their gratitude with money and goodie bag.

Recently I went to SIT Dover to help in their thesis.

After registering me, taking my height and weight. I was asked to do my 1st test which is sit and stand for 3 mins for 2 rounds and they took my BP and oxygen level.

Actually before starting when they measure me, they mention my BP was low. Which I doubt so because been hopping around for such health test and did not hear others flagging it out. TBH scared me a little, and in the end they swap to a different arm which finally BP is normal. So our BP differs huh 🤔

My 2nd test, was to walk as far as I can for 3mins and they measured the distance, my BP and oxgen level for 2 rounds

My 3rd test, similar to 1st test but just that duration is being shorten to 1 min.

The above test would have scored me $20 le but they further entice with another test to get another $10 by doing sit stand 5 times as fast as I can. 🤑

Moreover will get 2 rounds of their goody bag. Food snack to build back your energy after some excercise which is worth around $20. 🤑

Just like that $50 worth of rewards.
