Ingredients:
1 medium-sized apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
5-6 almonds
1tsp honey or agave
3/4 cup water
Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:
Start by preparing your apples. Peel them, remove the cores, and chop them into smaller pieces.
Place the chopped apples in a blender.
Add the peanut butter,almonds, honey or agave syrup (if desired), water and ground cinnamon to the blender.
Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon levels according to your preference.
Once you're satisfied with the taste and texture, pour the apple smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
