Book Review Margo’s Got Money Troubles Rating: 5/5

Margo’s Got Money Troubles by Rufi Thorpe. I loved loved this book! A single mom finds herself in need of money when she realizes the father of the baby (her professor 😳) wants nothing to do with the baby. Her ex wrestler dad who is a drug addict happens to mention OnlyFans and Margo kind of takes the idea and runs with it. There are a lot of layers to this story. It is funny and sad and heartwarming and frustrating. She has a very complicated relationship with her mom and her dad. There’s so many great characters. There’s also great commentary on single mothers and sex work and all of the legalities with that. I highly recommend this one! It’s a favorite of the year for me for sure. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️
