What I Ate Today

A very realistic not aesthetically pleasing What I Ate Today. I have been loosely tracking what I’m eating and trying to limit my snacking. I’m a really good snacker 😂 What I’m not doing is depriving myself. Ice cream sounded good so I had a some ice cream. I would normally add a veggie at dinner but I just ran out of time I feel good about the day and I feel satisfied.
