Easy Cookie Monster Sundae 🍪🍦

Sometimes there’s just nothing better than a simple sundae. I prepped these ahead of time and they were an ENORMOUS hit!

I made chocolate chip cookies using a 9” square pan. I prefer the texture of these to regular circular cookies. They’re softer and chewier which is perfect for ice cream.

Each dish had a layer of cookies which are topped with Cookie Monster ice cream. I used ice cream from Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream which is the best ice cream on the planet. If you’re in Orlando, I highly suggest trying this flavor. If not, Target has a blue cookies n cream option called Sea Monster.

They’re topped with chocolate magic shell and chocolate sprinkles. I kept them in the freezer overnight and to say they’re delicious is an understatement.
