Hi friends!🍋
I wanted to share my experience at Sketchers in Herald Square !
🏬 : Sketchers
📍: 134W 34th Street New York NY 10001
🕑:
Mon-Sat: 10am-9pm
Sun: 11am-8pm
✨WHAT: Sketchers is a shoe company known for their innovative technology to make comfortable shoe options. All the styles are exclusive to them, and are relatively affordable.
✨MY EXPERIENCE: I was not greeted when walking in and only saw an employee behind the counter. You have to ask for your size as they only have one display shoe, so the customer service experience is pretty eh since it’s hard to find help. They had a lot of options such as slip ons, laced sneakers, running shoes, and more. They also had collabs like one with Martha Stewart. There was a small accessories section, a few activewear pieces, and a small loungewear rack.
⭐️RATING: 7/10. I’m personally not a fan of Sketchers styles, but I know some people have feet problems that supportive shoes like these are all they can wear. I do also appreciate the price point ($30-100ish). Sketchers are great for people who work in the restaurant industry and need non-slip shoes as they had a lot of options. The customer service experience wasn’t bad, just not great. If you need supportive shoes or non slip soles, I recommend checking it out. Otherwise, try Steve Madden down the block.
