One of my biggest tips for eating healthy while on vacation is to cook some of your meals if you have access to a kitchen!

Having healthy essentials and staples and cooking some of your own meals can be so helpful! Not that you’ll eat all your meals at home but having a handful of them can save you $ and keep your body happy too.

When you’re traveling, you’re usually out of your routine (which is so fine) and you might be eating things that are super tasty, but your body might not be used to. Having some healthy staples and easy things to whip is a great way to still feel good and enjoy your trip too.
