I don’t often cook these days, but I can. This recipe actually comes from my husband. While he was in Spain, I asked him 3 times how to make his recipe for refried beans. He finally gave me the stovetop version, and I was short on time, so I used canned beans and adjusted it for the InstantPot.

Please don’t forget to drain the beans before you put them in the InstantPot! I’ve done that before, and Carlos gets very frustrated.
