Ingredients:
• 1 cup of
Raw & Local
Honey 🍯
• ½ cup of organic
Lavender 💜
• 1 Cup of
filtered water 💧
Tools:
• Measuring Cups 🥤
□ 1CUP
□ ½ CUP
□ Rubber/ Plastic Spatula
□ Saucepan w/ lid
□ cheesecloth/ strainer
□ store top/ burner
□ A bottle or something
to store Syrup
Directions:
1. Add water to
the pot on the Stovetop
burner.
2. Add Honey 🍯 to
the pot.
3. turn the burner up
to medium-low.
3 b. Stir to
mix honey 🍯 W/ water 💧.
4. When honey 🍯
and water 💧 is combined,
add lavender 💜.
5. Bump up the burner up to
medium-high, let boil till the
color changes.
6. Decrease the heat
to medium-low.
7. Cover with
lid.
8. Let simmer
for 10-15 minutes,
depending on how strong
you want it to be.
9. Turn off
burner, let cool
before filtering the
lavender flowers
out.
10. Carefully pour
syrup into your vessel of
your choice. Let cool til
cool to the touch,
unsealed.
11. Store refrigerated
or unrefrigerated
up to 30 days.
