BYOMA BRIGHTENING TONER IS NOT IT!!!

This toner was just not it for me. I feel like it made my skin dry and I just don’t know how to explain it. And the smell was also not great. I feel like it made no changes to my skin other than making it dry. I don’t know if it was just me, but I don’t plan on ever buying this again because although it was not that expensive, I feel like I just wasted my money on garbage. Did this work for any of you guys? ANYWAYS!! If you are actually looking for a recommendation on whether you should buy this or not,
