Chicken Egg Foo Young

Ingredients:

-8 to 10 eggs

-Chicken breast (diced) or meat of choice, make sure to save half of the diced chicken for the gravy sauce.

-1 1/2 cups of bean sprouts

-1 cup of celery(diced)

-1/2 cup of onion (diced)

-1/2 cup of diced mushrooms or whole

-1/2 cup of shredded carrots

-Sliced green onions for garnish

-Tsp of minced garlic

-1 tsp salt

-1 tsp pepper

Foo Young Sauce

-2 packs of Louisiana gravy mix (follow package -directions)

-2 tablespoons of soy sauce

-2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

-1 tsp of sesame oil

-3 tablespoons of cornstarch for thickness

Add part of the diced chicken into the sauce

Cooking Instructions:

-Beat eggs

-Add chopped ingredients into eggs

-add 1 tablespoon of grease to skillet and pour 1/2 cup or less into the skillet, cook and flip each side until it’s golden brown.

-set aside then pour gravy on the Foo Young omelette and garnish with green onions.
