I use to be there….
On the left
❌restrictive
❌hours of cardio
❌worked out only to burn off what I was eating
❌no rest days
❌no balance
❌had to track every morsel of food & calorie burned
Sure I got the body I “wanted” or thought I wanted but I still wasn’t happy. The only difference was I was now starving, had no energy and created a cycle of binge eating. But at least I was basically a size 1, right? 🙄
Fast forward to on the right…
✅I have balance
✅I look at food as fuel
✅I workout to be strong not skinny
✅I have more energy
✅I eat foods I love in moderation
✅I am not constantly starving so I was able to stop binge eating
✅I prioritize rest days & sleep
