Quick snack: lemon and pomegranate

When it's pomegranate season I eat them religiously. They are one of my favorite fruits. One way I found to be amazing is to freeze the pomegranates and then add lemon and mix it well. I do also love lemon and have a high tolerance for it so if you don't I would add much.
