Books I Read in 24 Hours or Less! 👀

Now, I am probably a bit of a faster reader but honestly, I went into these books not even thinking I would finish them that fast but the plots or the stories just grabbed me! 😅 I love it when a book pulls you in and makes you forget you are reading 🫶

Have you read any books lately that you just couldn’t put down?

🩸Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard - I understand why so many people love this book now! It is fantasy dystopian which I love and it was such a quick read. If you like court politics and intricate plots, you should read it!

💐The Last Tale of the Flower Bride by Roshani Chokshi - I don’t know why I put off reading this for so long! Very gothic and dark fairy tale vibes and I actually love that the main narrator is the male main character 😌

🐦‍🔥The Ornithologist’s Field Guide to Love by India Holton - I am a sucker for historical fantasy and this one has some of the best banter I have read in a while! Can’t recommend this one enough 💕

🤯The Twisted Ones by T. Kingfisher - I have been trying to read all of her backlist and I love reading her horror because it is scary and creepy without being too much for a horror lightweight like me 🥹 Plus anything with a creepy rural setting is 👍

🌊A Study in Drowning by Ava Reid - Now I know that a lot of people have mixed opinions on this one but personally, I thought it was one of her best books besides Juniper and Thorn! It is dark academia, very moody and atmospheric setting, and I enjoyed the academic rivals ☺️

🥶Frost by C.N Crawford - I will be the first to say that I am not a big romantasy girlie (I like fantasy with romance subplots but not romance with fantasy subplots) but this book took me by surprise! I listened to this via audiobook and the dual narration/dramatized audio version was perfect! If you want a fun, kind of steamy, romantasy, then definitely give this one a read!
