December Fitness Challenge!

#lemon8christmas #promotion Hi everyone!! I’m posting this, because this is a great way to get moving if you’re trying to get into fitness like me. I always see splits that can be a little intimidating when first starting out, so that is why this is a great first option. I am also following a conditioning routine that I do after my “December challenge” task. I like to do it this way, because I’m warmed up and motivated to keep going.
