How to stop being miserable & evaporate self hate

Something that i struggled with as a teenager and even still as a young adult is where the line between “self care” “self harm” and “all by myself” really lay. Now i really put energy in to how i spend time & equally as important; how i DONT #selfimprovement #selflove #lifestyle
