Managed to get my hands on it after serveral months of waiting during a Sephora Online sale 😶‍🌫️

There's a lot of fake products in the market and some even got chemical burns from it so purchase from legitimate stores like Sephora ($25) only!!

Have seen many people on TikTok mentioning about the uses of The Ordinary's toning solution & here's my short take on it!

I used it to lighten my underarms, knees, elbows and some scars on my upper back thigh area & it works!

I only apply it in the night, after I bathe by saturating a cotton pad and apply it over the areas of concern briefly.

I did not want to try it on my face as I am afraid that my skin's barrier is currently too thin, sensitive & broken to use the solution on my face.

But I will be giving it a try soon and hope it works to even out my skin tone & texture irregularities since it worked for my underarms! *fingers crossed* 🤞

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬:

- HUGE bottle (240ml) and it can definitely lasts you for quite a while

- Helped to lighten my dark spots / scars in 2 weeks!

- Reduces BO (if you have any), it was like a 'side effect' which I did not expect because towards the end of the day when I'm out, I feel abit conscious of potentially smelling bad but I realised it helped to reduce BO as I do not smell as bad towards the end of the day!

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Can be a little drying on your skin when you first use it

- Will sting if you use on broken skin

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞:

- Unable to use on broken skin

- Recommended to use it once a day, in the night

- Avoid contact around your eyes

- Have minimal frequency / time in contact with the solution

- Have to apply sunscreen in the day (actually, every day even if you're not even using this product okkk!) when you use this solution

I don't regret buying this big bottle (although it's the only size) and I'm gonna keep using it consistently for better results!
