how do i even respond to this?

for more of a background, I had just gotten out of surgery to get my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and this was my ex before, we had decided to try and give things another go, but he decided to block me when I was asleep and I had only depended on him when I was fresh out of surgery and weaning out of anesthesia he knew that I was weaning off of anesthesia and I could not control any of my emotions at the time I didn't say anything to him. I had fallen asleep and woken up to that. I seriously do not think I can go on with dating in this generation.
