Cucumber Tuna Bites 🥒🐟

Check out this easy low carb meal idea - Cucumber Tuna Bites!🥒

In a bowl combine 1 can of drained tuna, light mayo, sriracha, salt and pepper. Then mix that well to combine everything together.

Slice a cucumber into about 1/4 inch thick slices and add a scoop of your tuna mixture on top of each cucumber slice .

Finish it off by topping with sesame seeds.

Now for dipping I would recommend low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos, which taste just like soy sauce but is a little bit healthier for you!😋
