75 SOFT

WHATS UP CHAT!!!

starting tomorrow (04/20) i am going to be trying the 75 soft!! i feel like this may be a mix of the 75 hard and soft but imma call it soft bc this is my first time doing anything like this. i have my “rules” laid out and im going to take my first progress pics and weigh in tomorrow even though tomorrow is saturday. im a little nervous but i think ill post the day 1 pics tomorrow even though im hella scared to post myself like that but ive been seeing so many posts on here about being yourself so lets do it!!
