Should I break down the pricing on everything?

This remodel was average $1,500 total with the tile & shelves being the most expensive. Honestly, $1,500 may be a bit over budget for this project.

We added canned lighting, moved the sink light to be CENTERED, DIY’d open shelves, a new range hood — that was a project that was unexpected — the vent hole was off by almost a FOOT when we demo’d the cabinets!! We painted the existing cabinets and drawers to save $$$ and that project was nerve wracking but a lot easier than we expected. Found modern pulls on Amazon and our dream farm house sink from Home Depot (Kraus). Our favorite part?? The Moroccan Zellige Tile, which we installed ourselves. It’s the HARDEST tile to install and it was our FIRST time tiling! We’re obsessed with how it turned out. 🛠️
