Don't believe everything you see on social Media.

This photo is edited. my waist is no where near this tiny. you can see my head looks huge. That is not normal. Your head should not be bigger than your waist. Most women don't look like this. I would say only about 5 percent of women have a waist this tiny. Genetics play a big role. Working out will most likely not get you a waist this tiny. Most of these fitness models/influencers are lying to you. They wear high waisted leggings that make their waist looks tiny, wear a waist trainer,they pose a certain way and they edit their photos.
