I just had to check on my progress despite my cheat meals/ skipped shake, etc as it is coming to 1/3 of the progress…. ($700++ spent here Liao)
Despite the reading, I still feel fat / flabby on my lower abdomen (maybe is the mum tum 😢)
Day 1> Day 12> Day 26:
Weight: 53> 50.9> 49.65
Fats: 31.2>30.3>28.1
protein: 15.8>16>18.6
Muscle: 34.43> 33.47> 33.72 - Why is my muscle dropping har? Am I doing it correctly? Do I need to eat more of any food etc. ?
Maybe I should continue to load in more protein and be diligent with my shakes now. Hopefully the fats all can go away. I want a slimmer tummy :(
