1. Get Regular Health Check-ups

Having consistent visits with your doctor/healthcare provider can help you monitor hormone levels and spot any imbalances so that you can better treat them! I recommend regularly looking at thyroid hormones such as TSH. Other tests you can do are to measure: Estrogen, Progesterone, FSH, and Testosterone (although please consult with your provider first!)

2. Limit Caffeine and Alcohol

Too much caffeine and alcohol can disrupt our hormone levels. Try to limit caffeine to during the day and swap out your coffees with alternatives like english breakfast tea or matcha!

3. Prioritize Sleep

Getting enough, quality sleep is essential for hormonal balance. I recommend creating (and sticking to) a regular sleep schedule <3

4. Support Your Gut Health

Research shows that a healthy gut microbiome plays a positive role in hormone regulation. Eating probiotic-rich (i.e., yogurt, fermented food) and high-fiber (lentils, beans, etc.) can help support our gut health!
