Exercise Habits
๐ง Habit 1: although this is very common and basic drink more water!
๐ง How It Helps Me: even though the picture is a two day difference, overall drinking a full cup of water before and after a meal has helped me a lot, especially with controlling my hunger cues.
๐ง Habit 2: small ab workouts but work on doing them more than once a day!
๐ง How It Helps Me: i do a 5 minute ab workout that my coach at dance taught me, it is just to the song Off with their heads, no stopping in between movements and i do this 3 times a day!
๐ง Habit 3: recognize when you are in a slump or feel like you are eating too much/ not listening to your hunger cues.
๐ง How It Helps Me: 2 days ago i literally was in a slump, only eating โjunkโ food and only doing my ab workout once a day. as you can see recognizing this and changing it has helped!
