Story Time ⏳

You guys I’m a little emotional today😭 When I gave birth to my second baby I had a rough time and once my baby was born all I cared about was making sure she was well taken care of along with her big sister🤍 you also go through a process after you give birth it’s different for everyone for me this second time around I honestly never came back to myself or maybe I did but I just didn’t care then I started working and I met so many amazing people that would buy me snacks/food all the time and eventually two years later I had gain weight none of my clothe fit me and I felt bad about myself😔 and I felt pretty shitty so this year in the beginning of the year I started changing my diet and working out some days I follow through and some days I don’t but I’m trying my best😊 8 months later though I can finally see the difference and I’m finally back to wearing nice clothe without feeling negative about my body💗 for me it’s not really about having a desire weight it’s more about how I feel health wise and look in outfits I wanna wear hehe 🙃

I do want to say though all body types are beautiful no matter what sometimes we just let society, social media, or people makes us think otherwise but LOVE yourself the way you are and if you do want to make a change make sure it’s because you🥰
