Onion 1 small
Red Capsicum 1 small
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Paprika 1.5 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
Oregano 1 Tbsp
Soaked red chillies along with water
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Garlic paste 1 Tbsp OR 7-8 garlic cloves
Blend into fine paste

You can store peri peri sauce in airtight container and keep it in refrigerator for 1 week.
If you want keep it for long time, cook the peri peri sauce on low heat until water dry up. Then keep it in fridge for 2 weeks.
